One-to-one Coaching Sessions

Whether you're a prop forward, 2nd row, scrum half or wing etc., sign up for one of our 1 to 1 coaching sessions to review and develop your game.  


The session will be led by a Level 3 coach and will involve practical activities for both general and position specific development as well as an introduction into self-analysis, goal setting and performance review.


The sessions are suitable for both adult and young players who wish to develop their skill set.  However, participants will need to be a minimum of 10 years of age.

The 55 minute session will consist of:

  1. a coach-led warm up linking into,

  2. a 45 minute 1 to 1 session, focus agreed.

  3. a coach-led cool down, de-brief and goal-setting.
