Rest assured we will be following these guidelines ensuring hand and equipment sanitisation are in place before, during and after the sessions we run as well as adhering to the guidance on numbers working together and social distancing measures.
What this means for us at Switch Rugby is that we will currently be able to offer the following two services:
Training Buddies - pairs based skills and fitness training as part of a larger group of 12.
One-to-one Sessions - 30 minute coaching sessions with a level 3 coach currently based at Keynsham RFC.
We look forward to working with all of you on this journey back to normality.
