Small Group Coaching - 2 hrs

Service Description

This session is designed for players to work 1:8 with a Switch Rugby coach to develop general and position specific skills, develop decision-making as well as an introduction into self-analysis, goal setting and review. This session is aimed at both adult and young players who wish to develop their skill set. However, participants will need to be a minimum of 10 years of age. The session will consist of: 1) a coach-led warm-up 2) 2 x 45 minute development session with a Switch Rugby coach, focus to be agreed 3) a coach-led debrief.
