Rugby Fit

This session lasts 60 minutes and is delivered through high-tempo non-contact game play.  Fun is a key factor in the design of these sessions. Each session will consist of conditioned games and activities that focus on developing fitness, skill, decision-making and teamwork.  

 

Ideal for people from all backgrounds; from those new to rugby to those who have experience of playing the contact game, there will be challenge for all.  This is a mixed session for men and women aged 16 years and older.

In addition, these sessions are perfect for those people coaching players and teams at all ages and levels.  All sessions are designed to be replicated and adapted to other coaching environments.
